Rules of the Wiki Metru Forums This list is subject to change without notice, and all members will still be expected to obey them. DEFINITIONS User / member = you or any registered account to these forums. WMF = Wiki Metru Forums, these forums. Wiki Metru = The Wiki Metru "family" of websites. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR TROLLING Trolling other members: No calling names, openly insulting them, or generally making them feel unwelcome. OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE Swearing, using offensive language, or implying an offensive term is not only offensive to the users, but to the staff as well. Any implications of offensive language is strictly prohibited from use anywhere on WMF. DISCUSSION OF BANNED USERS Members of WMF have been banned for a reason — and should not be discussed, via PM or public postings. OBSCENE / EXPLICIT MATERIAL Uploading obscene or explicit material to any of the boards of WMF is strictly prohibited at all times. ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR LINKING TO OTHER WEBSITE(S) Linking to other websites: You are allowed to link to any site that is within the Wiki Metru fanbase, and almost any other sites. Linking to other Bionicle fansites is allowed, and linking to any personal site is allowed unless staff feel otherwise. LINKING TO EXPLICIT, OR UNDESIRABLE WEBSITES IS PROHIBITED! It is the administrator's decision whether a site is "undesirable". RELIGIOUS / FAITH DISCUSSION "Religious/political statements/comments: We at Wiki Metru do not want to restrict freedom of speech, but we realize that personal opinions (Religous, political, etc) can become a battlefront between people. So we will allow users to state what they believe and why, without making other opinions look bad while doing it. Discussions between users over their personal views is allowed, unless it becomes offensive or turns into an argument. PUNISHMENTS Banishment Currently, banishment is the only form of punishment inflicted upon any members who break our rules to the point of being an undesirable member. Not all bans are permanent, and if you are banned temporarily, you will be welcomed back to the forums with open arms once it expires. It's also important to note that if you are banned on one Wiki Metru website, you are considered banned on them all! Thank you for taking the time to read these rules. We hope you enjoy your stay.
